Visiting rules

Rules for Visiting Iteca Exhibitions International Exhibitions

All persons, who have accepted the organiser's invitation to visit the exhibition and registered as a visitor, shall agree to these Rules and undertake to comply with the following:

  • Registration is MANDATORY for all visitors
  • Photo, film and video shooting for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited in the area of holding the exhibition, including during the installation/dismantling of the exposition and the exhibition’s period.
The commercial purposes mean:
  • Use of photo, movie and video content in advertising and information support for exhibitions, fairs, conferences, forums, and other events not related to Iteca Exhibitions, regardless of the place and time of those events;
  • Use of photo, film and video content containing images of intellectual property (trade name, trademarks and service marks, results of intellectual and creative activity, inventions, models and industrial designs, undisclosed information, including know-how, and others) for advertising goods, works, and services.
Any violation of data by a visitor shall entail a restricted access to the event, as well as liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Professional visitors are allowed to visit the exhibitions only.
A professional visitor — is a business owner, individual entrepreneur, official, director, manager, specialist, other representative of a specialised foreign or domestic company, enterprise, government body, association, union, who visits the exhibition for their business and professional objectives. To confirm the professional status of a visitor, the Exhibition organiser has the right to ask him/her to show any supporting document: His/her own business card, a power of attorney or a formal letter from the represented organization, another document certifying the professional status of the visitor.
  • Visitor's BADGE , received upon the visitor’s registration shall be the basis for visiting the exhibition.
  • Electronic BADGE can be received by completing the online registration procedure on the exhibition’s website. The badge received as a result of online registration shall be printed in A4 format, folded as indicated in the margins, and presented at the entrance to the exhibition’s pavilion or as a screenshot of the electronic badge on the phone at entering the registration area.
  • BADGE can also be received by completing electronic registration on the exhibition’s territory.
  • Students of specialised universities are admitted on the third day of the exhibition, only if accompanied by a faculty member, according to the list of students formally certified by the administration of the relevant university. The list shall be agreed with the organiser of the exhibition.
  • Transfer or sale of the visitor badges to the third parties is prohibited. The organiser of the exhibition has the right to check the correspondence of the name indicated on the badge with the name of the visitor, for which the organiser may ask the visitor to the exhibition to present an identity document.
  • Visitors are not allowed to trade, distribute any advertising and information products, hold presentations, demonstrations, campaigns or any other similar events, and actions on the exhibition areas without the written consent of the organiser.
  • It is prohibited to be at the exhibition in a condition or appearance that does not correspond to the business nature of the exhibition and generally accepted norms of behaviour, as well as to commit actions that violate public order.
IT IS PROHIBITED:
  • Bring any explosive, flammable and toxic substances to the exhibition.
  • Smoke
  • Bring and consume alcohol
  • Visiting the exhibition with children is permitted only if accompanied by adults on the last day of the exhibition!
  • Exhibition organisers reserve the right to deny entry to the visitors, who violate the established rules of behaviour, aggressive, insult employees and security, intoxicated with alcohol or toxic substances.

In case of violation of these Rules the Organiser shall be entitled to refuse to visit the exhibition to a person who has committed a violation without any compensation.
