Preparation of small nuclear power plant project in Uzbekistan enters active phase
"This marks the transition to active work on the implementation of the first SSNPP in Uzbekistan and will allow us to begin direct work at the construction site in the near future," said Otabek Amanov, Director of the Directorate for Construction of the Nuclear Power Plant at Uzatom.
Thus, Atomstroyexport, the engineering division of Rosatom, must begin actively developing documentation to obtain a license for the placement of the SSNPP and survey work at the construction site.
Recall that preliminary work on the project began in the summer.
